The course material will land on your membership site the moment you enrol. Take a deep dive and work through it in a few hits or pick and choose the areas that are most relevant to you at the time.
The content is organised in six key areas that have been identified, by both beginning and experienced teachers, as being the main areas of struggle for new teachers.
You will also have access to monthly group coaching calls where you can ask questions, discuss challenges and learn new skills.

Get control of your mindset and develop your self-leadership and professionalism. Learn to trust yourself, overcome failure, ask for what you need, set boundaries and build resilience.
Module 6 Wellbeing
Develop practical strategies to avoid burnout and achieve a work-life balance. Learn to understand and manage your thinking to gain clarity, confidence and an overall sense of wellbeing.

Aboslutely! We think that getting a jump start on your career prep can help you with your skills and confidence both during prac and in your first teaching job.
Once the doors open for the new school year, you can join us at any time! You will have access to all the course content and any updates for a full year from the date you activate your membership.
We run our coaching workshops once a month, so you will still receive 12 coaching sessions, as well as access to recordings of sessions you miss.
You will receive a schedule of dates for the coaching sessions at the start of each school term. We will endeavor to provide varying weekdays and times depending on the school calendar and the time pressures that teachers navigate throughout the term.
Can't make the date of a scheduled coaching session? No worries! We will record the session and upload the recording to your exclusive membership site.
Have questions you needed to ask? We've got you covered! You can submit your questions beforehand and we will answer them either during the coaching or follow up with you.
